Lightly sweet pickles with no added salt! Lightly sweet pickles with no added salt!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 large sweet onion, thinly sliced into strings
    1 large cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced
    3/4 cup vinegar
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 cup Splenda

Directions

Toss onion strings and cucumber slices together, place in glass jar or bowl with lid. Add vinegar, water and Splenda. Liquid should just cover veggies. Cover and refrigerate. Ready to eat in a few hours, will keep refrigerated about a week. Flavor improves with time
