    12 large eggs beaten
    2 cups milk
    6 slices bacon cooked
    8 oz. swiss cheese shredded
    1tsp salt
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    1/4 tsp nutmeg


Preheat oven to 375
spray a cupcake pan with cooking spray or use cupcake cups to line the pan.
Prepare bacon as directed. cut into small bits.
beat eggs in mixer for 2 minutes
slowly add milk, salt, white pepper and nutmeg.
sprinkle bacon and cheese into the bottom of the cupcake cups.
Pour egg and milk mixture over cheese and bacon.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
Makes 18 servings

  • These were great! I was unsure about the nutmeg, but it was great, and smelled better while cooking! I added some taylor ham and bits of turkey bacon... AWESOME. - 8/10/09

  • This is a hit on "brekker" night (breakfast for dinner...every Thursday in our house!) I wasn't too sure about nutmeg....but it was a nice touch! Thanks for sharing- this will be a staple in our house! =) - 4/27/09

  • These were pretty tasty. I skipped the bacon and put in veggies instead. Also, some different spices - wasn't too sure about the nutmeg :-) Thanks for the recipe! - 3/19/09
