Ingredients

2 T all purpose flour
2 T whole wheat flour
1 pkg of Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa Mix
2 T unsweetened applesauce
2T Unsweeted Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Lightly spray a large coffee mug with cooking spray.
In the coffee mug - mix both flours and the cocoa mix. Stir to combine.
Add the egg beaters and applesauce. Stir to combine.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Place the mug in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Remove and let sit for a minute before removing and enjoying.
