    Delicious! I love lemon water and this is a great change. It makes the water taste so fresh and clean. It is nice to know about balancing the Ph also. - 3/3/09

    if leaving in the refrigerator for any length of time, zest the peel and remove rest of peel or otherwise your water will be very bitter. - 7/17/12
