Introduction
This is a recipe in which we added only 1/4 of the ground beef we usually use in our chili. This is a recipe in which we added only 1/4 of the ground beef we usually use in our chili.Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans drained and rinsed red kidney beans
1 medium onion chopped
8oz 93% lean ground beef
1/2 bell pepper
1 T vegetable oil
1 c tomato juice
1.5 c water
Directions
Yields about 80oz to make 10 8oz servings.
We used 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 2 cans of red kidney beans, 8oz 93% ground beef, 1 med onion, half of bell pepper and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to cook the onion. Add your own spices.
1. Sweat the onions in the oil until softened.
2. Add the ground beef - Pampered Chef makes a great tool to separate and cook your ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
3. Add the juice and tomatoes from the cans.
4. Add the drained and rinsed kidney beans.
5. Add the tomato juice and water.
6. Which whichever chili spices you want. You could add some jalapeno for heat as well.
Let simmer for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
