    2 pks beef stewing meat
    2 cups frozen vegetables
    6 medium sized potatos
    1 chopped onion
    3 cups water
    2 pkgs beef oxo
    4 tbsp steak spice
    2 tbsp parsley
    1/4 cup flour


Place water, beef and onion in slow cooker on low for 3 hrs. Add vegetables and cook on low for another 4 hrs. In last half hour add flour and oxo and simmer on high for 30 minutes.

    I made this but browned the beef ahead of time. Also, I used chicken broth instead of beef boullion because that's what I had. Easy and tasty. - 4/7/09
