Ingredients

    2 TBSP butter
    1/4 C chopped celery
    1/4 C chopped onion
    2 TBSP wheat flour
    3 C 1% milk
    1 1/2 C corn kernels (thaw if frozen)
    1 14 oz can cream corn
    2 cups skinless, boneless, chicken, cooked and chopped
    Thyme
    Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Melt butter in large dutch oven over medium heat
2. Add onion and celry and cook 2-3 minutes or until tender
3. Add flour and cook for 1 minute; sitrring constantly
4. Stir in milk, chicken, spices and both corns
5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium
6. Cook 5-10 minutes stirring frequently
