Ingredients

1 Package Highlliner Frozen Talapia Fillets
1/2 cup of Italian style bread crumbs
2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 tbsp Dried dill weed
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 egg whites
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Defrost Fish fillets completely and dry off with paper towel
Prep:
1. In a pie plate/ shallow dish mix egg whites with a fork for 10 seconds or so, set aside
In another pie plate/shallow dish add:
Bread crumbs, dill, lemon pepper, and garlic powder and mix well, set aside
on a cookie/baking sheet pour 2 tbsp of olive oil and spread into thin layer, set aside
2. coat fish in egg white, turning to coat both sides
3. place into bread crumb mixture turning to coat
4. Place coated fish on oiled cookie sheet
Bake @ 425 for 20 minutes turning once until fish is golden brown and easily flakes
