Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Flour 1-2/3 Cup
    Baking Soda 1 tsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Butter 1/4 Cup
    Eggs, Med 3 (large 2)
    Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup (i used Sugar in the Raw)
    Vanilla 2 tsp
    Milk, Non fat 3/4 Cup
    Lemon juice concentrate 2 tsp
    Bananas, mashed 1-1/2 Cups (3 med bananas)

Directions

Preheat oven 350*F
In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt; Set aside
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork.
Mix dry ingredients into moist ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into a 8x12 loaf pan. The pan can be greased & floured or line the bottom with parchment.
Bake for 1 hour
