Introduction

My husband is really crazy about this. My husband is really crazy about this.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    12 oz Frozen corn, spray a skillet with cooking spray and brown (taste like roasted corn)
    2 cans 15 oz of Black beans the lowest sodium you can find. drain and rinse.
    2 can 15 oz Garbanzo beans lowest sodium you can find drain and rinse.
    1 cup chopped green onions
    1 can Crushed tomatoes with green chilies

    1 Chopped red pepper and 1 yellow, chopped about the size of a dime. Again brown in skillet on top of stove.

    2 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped cilantro
    1 avocado chopped (throw in the pit keeps it fresh)

    1/2 cup lime juice (lemon is also good)
    1/2 cup vinegar white or apple cider

    Just combine all ingredients.
    It will last for about 5 days.
    Make 20 1/2 cup servings
