After I this bakes and cools, I put each serving in a plastic baggie and refrigerate. I take a baggie to work with me and warm in a microwave. Quick, easy and nutritious. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Cups - Old Fashioned Oats
    3-1/2 Cups - Fat Free Milk
    2 - Eggs*
    1 Tbls - Oil
    1 Tbls - Vanilla Extract
    Dash - Salt
    1 Cup - Golden Raisins **

    * Can substitute 4 eggs whites
    ** Can substitute raisins or dried cranberries or other dried fruit.


    3/4 Cup - Chopped Walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9x9 pan prepared with spray coating. Bake for 1 hour or until set.

Cut into desired size portions.

    I'm going to TRY it. I'm hoping it's safe to assume that you'd bake it for the 1 hour @ 350 degrees???? That's what I'll try anyway. - 3/5/09
