Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 2 stalk
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Makes 2 large servings

Cut broccoli into bite sized chunks
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
fry garlic until it begins to brown
add broccoli and stir very frequently until broccoli begins to soften, but still retains some crunch.
