    w/w flour- 2.5 cups
    baking powder- 2 tsp
    splenda- 4 tbsp
    canola oil- 0.5 cup
    applesauce unsweetend- 0.5 cup
    vanilla extract- 1 tsp

    Set aside:
    sugarfree jam- 0.5 cup


flatten dough and make 40 circles place a bit of jam in the middle and form into closed triangle.

place upon baking sheet and bake at 150C for about half hour, enjoy.

May use any filling you'd like.

    I made these for Purim. I am not that great of a baker but these were easy enough for me. My picky son loved them said they tasted like a Strawberry Poptart...he was happy! I love how these don't make me feel gilty. Shalom~ - 3/3/10
