Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    2 tsp Cayenne Powder
    1 can Santa Fe style beans
    1 can Carribean style black beans
    1 can red kidney beans, rinsed
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed
    2 cups V8 juice
    1.5 cups fresh or frozen corn

Directions

brown beef with the onion over medium heat. Add all the spices to the meat. Add the Santa Fe and Carribean style beans with the juice. After rinsing, throw in the rest of the beans. Add corn and enough V8 juice to cover. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.

Serve with cheese and/or sour cream garnishes. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
