Ingredients

    250g Mixed Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots
    125g Can of corn
    1 Onion
    2 / 3 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    Cayenne Pepper
    425g Tin of Tuna in Springwater

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees cel
Steam vegies and corn until tender
Fry onion
Add flour and milk until consistent sauce
Add Cayenne pepper to this
Drain vegies
Drain tuna
In baking dish, mix vegies, tuna and sauce
If you like add cheese on top or breadcrumbs
Cook until golden brown
