Introduction

Moderately spicey chili made with ground turkey and veggies. Moderately spicey chili made with ground turkey and veggies.

Ingredients

    4 8 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 large Onion, chopped
    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1 15.5 oz can Chili Beans
    1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    Salt and Pepper
    Chili Powder
    Crushed Red Pepper
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Brown the turkey with the onion and green pepper in a skillet. In a large pot, add the ground turkey, tomato sauce, chili bean and diced tomatoes and green chilies. Stir the ingredients and season to taste. Allow to simmer at a low setting for approximately 30-40 minutes. Makes approximately 8 1.5 cup servings.
