Ingredients

    1-12 oz can tuna, in water
    1 can white kidney beans
    1C diced celery
    1/2C minced onion
    2T light mayo
    1T yellow mustard
    1T fresh basil minced(or 1/4 tsp dried)
    2T fresh mint, minced(or 1/2 tsp dried)

Directions

Combine mint, basil, mustard, mayo, salt. Set aside.
Combine tuna, beans, celery and onion. Add dressing and toss.

Makes 5 -1 cup servings
