Introduction

I usually make cole slaw with this. My family loves it. I usually make cole slaw with this. My family loves it.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. pork chops, boneless
    4 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    water

Directions

Brown pork chops, leave in pan. Add sliced potatoes, sliced onion, salt & pepper to taste. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Cover and cook until potatoes and chops are done. Usually around 20 - 30 minutes.
You can decide how much water. sometimes you may need to add more.
I've also used cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom with roasted garlic.
