Ingredients

    cookng spray
    2 eggs
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup lowfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup 2% mozzarella cheese
    1/3 cup Feta cheese
    3 Tbsp dried parsley
    1/4 cup 2% mozzarella cheese
    chives dried or fresh Tbsp Chopped into rings
    1 pound shrimp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
spray 12x8 pan with cooking spray.combine eggs,skim milk,lowfat yogurt,mozzarella,feta&parsley in a medium bowl mix well. Boil pasta in water for only 8-10 min. drain.spread 1/2 into pan and top with all of the salsa.Add 1/2 the shrimp.Cover with remaining pasta.Spread egg and cheese mixture over pasta and top with remaining shrimp.sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella on top.Sprinkle chives on top if desired. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.Let stand 10 minutes.
