I like to make my own bread, I know what I'm eatting. Also I use the bread machine to save me time. also you can use any flours you like. you will also find this is low in sodium. Ingredients

    Add to the bread machine in order of ingredients.
    1 cup of water
    1 tsp. sugar
    .25 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. of oil
    2 cups of white flour
    .5 cups of whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tbs. of bread machine yeast
    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, until golden.

Directions

This makes 1 loaf with 14 slices, if you silce as thin as you can.
