An old fashion family recipe made vegetarian style. Can be seasoned with Creole or Cajun seasoning, or just salt and pepper. Easy to make and freeze for later meals. Ingredients

* Morningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles, 1 package yields
* Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 can (12 oz) yields
* Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
* Egg Noodles, enriched, 5 cup
Directions
Makes 9 serving of 1.5 cups each.
Chop onion and cook in a large skillet until onions are clear. Boil water in a large stock pot and add a pinch of salt. Put 5 cups of egg noodles into boiling water until tender. Add to your onions in skillet the package of Veggie Crumbles and chopped mushrooms. Adding 1/2 a cup of water will help you cook the crumbles without oil. Cook for appox. 20 minutes at low heat. After draining noodles add your mixture from skillet to noodles in stock pot. Also add to the stock pot your 1 can of diced tomatoes and 2 cans of sweet corn.
