Ingredients

    1 Oreo Pie Crust
    16 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1.25 Cups of Herssheys Chocolate Chips
    (Semi Sweet)
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla with an electric mixer (medium speed).
3) Add in eggs & beat just until well blended.
4) Take ONLY 1 cup of the chocolate chips & fold in to the mixture.
6) Pour the mixture into the pie crust & top with the rest of the chocolate chips.
7) Bake for about 40 minutes/until center is about set & refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or overnight.
Enjoy! Makes 10 servings. You can also top this cheesecake with stuff like hot fudge, Oreos, more chocolate chips...or whatever chocolatey-type stuff you like! Just dont forget the more you add to it the more calories it is.
