Ingredients

    3/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    1 oz rum
    1 oz irish cream
    3/4 c milk (calculated w/ 1%)

Directions

In blender, combine chips, eggs, and liquor. Using double-boiler (or metal bowl over pot of boiling water,) heat milk to just before boiling. Slowly add hot milk to blender while blending on low speed. Return mixture to double-boiler over med-high heat. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and begins to bubble. Remove from heat immediately and separate into small ramekins, shot glasses, or espresso mugs. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Serve cold, garnished with whipped cream and/or fresh berries as desired.
