This was great! I made a few alterations to the recipe. I used the salsa, left out the milk, cut back the cheese (because I am lactose inolerant) and added a pkg. of taco seasoning mix. Husband thought it was great and he's hard to please. - 5/31/09

Delicious way to use my ground venison--my husband deer hunts and I have a lot of this in my freezer! I added a drained can of no-salt added corn. AWESOME FLAVOR--hubby went back for 2nds and wanted 3rds! Will add some black olives and top with fat-free sourcream next time. - 2/17/09
