    1 pound pork loin
    1 Tbs olive oil
    2 Tbs rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    1 Tbs soy sauce
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    2 Tbs finely chopped fresh rosemary


Makes 4 servings
Cut pork into 4 pieces
Place all the ingredients in a resealable plastic bag.
Shake well
Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight
Grill or broil pork until done (reaching internal temp of 170)
