Ingredients

    Mixed greens and baby spinach (2cups total)
    3 oz grape or other tomatoes
    shredded cheddar cheese qtr cup
    1 half ripe avocado
    red bell pepper 6 strips halved
    3 oz chicken breast baked or grilled
    1/8 cup crasins
    2 TBS Fresh shredded basil leaves


Directions

Makes one outstanding salad for lunch, mix the salad well by cutting in the dressing with knife and fork utilizing the avocado as part of your dressing.....out standing!
Tips....cook enough chicken for a week in advance and enjoy this easy prep salad daily
