Introduction

i got this recipe from recipezaar and i love it
you can adjust the amount of salt and pepper to your taste and you can also adjust the amount of parmesan to your liking sometimes i add a little chili powder or paprika for a kick
also depending on how much cauliflower you you use the servings will change
oh and you can also use power garlic if you want

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cauliflower raw 1 head medium (5-6 dia)
    extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp.
    parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
    salt TT
    pepper TT
    fresh parsley 1-2 tbsp
    Garlic fresh 3 tbsp

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees

in a re-sealable bag add evoo , garlic, salt ,pepper and what ever other seasoning you want to add

shake it up and then add the cauliflower

mix well

pour into casserole dish

Bake for 20-25 min stirring half way through

take it out top is with the cheese and parsley and broil it for 3-5 min or until golden brown

    Very Good
    I've read several recipes like this one. Some add lemon juice to the mix. I used braggs apple cider olive oil mix. Kids' liked it. Eleven year old said, it's important to eat it hot. Served with cajun meatloaf. I added oregano too in place of parsely...Kids eat if it tastes like pizza. - 9/10/13

    I made a similar recipe from allrecipes which called for more oil, less garlic and less cheese. It was very good, but I think this one would be better. Next time... - 2/5/11
