I spread a thin layering of cream cheese then Hellman's Light Mayo mixed with mustard seed and Agave Syrup - just a touch. Using a little Romaine Lettuce, I added a little cut melon and half a slice of Emmenthal cheese. Delicious. Turkey and red pepper was chopped very small. - 5/7/11

I used spinach instead of iceberg, cream cheese instead of jack cheese (it held everything together better), honey mustard in place of grey poupon, and added a sprinkle of raisins. Yum - 7/16/10

I'd be better if you used Romaine lettuce or fresh spinach leaves instead of iceberg lettuce. It's healthier. Actually a flour tortilla has only 70 calories, so how does a whole-wheat one have 140 calories. - 7/4/10

    Incredible!
Easy and tasty! I added red pepper to the original recipe to give it an extra flavour and to help myself to reach my veggie intake! - 5/26/07
