Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 (7 ounce) can Kirkland salmon
    1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, Nonfat,
    2 TBSP Kraft miracle whip regular
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    1/2 TSP Pepper, black
    4 Flour Tortilla
    Romaine lettuce - 4 inner leaf
    4 slices tomato

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 min to over night. Take one flour tortilla, lay romaine lettuce leaf on top, spread 1/4 of salmon mixture, add tomato, roll up and follow suite for the rest of the tortillas. Serve with carrot sticks and fat-free ranch dressing and enjoy a low calorie, but healthy lunch!!
