Ingredients

    a few ice cubes
    1 medium banana, sliced, frozen
    1 Tbsp peanut butter
    2 Tbsp wheat germ
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup vanilla light soy milk
    cinnamon to taste
water or more ice to desired consistency

Directions

Be sure you have pre-frozen the banana. That is what gives this smoothie its creamy goodness! To reduce calories you can add a bit more ice and/or replace some of the banana with other frozen fruit such as melon or peaches. You can also tweak the amount of peanut butter and whey protein powder. Half of what the recipe says and it's still yummy.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl it up!

Also try this with chocolate soy milk and protein powder. Omit wheat germ and peanut butter (or not) and add a Tbsp of cocoa powder.
