Ingredients

    1 cup olive oil
    3/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 flavor packets from ramen noodles
    12 cups fresh cabbage chopped
    3 packages ramen noodles crushed
    5 oz mini croutons

Directions

mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and flavors packets in a small bowl or measuring cup.
In a large bowl mix chopped cabbage, crushed ramen and mini croutons.
pour olive oil mixture over and stir well refridgerate, stirring occasionally.
note: can add slivered almonds or shelled sunflower seeds if desired.
makes 12-1 1/4 cup servings

    I used everything but the croutons. it tasted ok. - 3/15/07
