Introduction

My mom used to make this super easy dinner in large batches, but now that I'm in college and living alone, I make less of it at once.
It's super healthy, super filling, and a wonderful comfort food!

    Incredible!
This recipe was very simple and quick. I enjoyed it and best of all, my very picky teen boys loved it. I made it as is and seasoned with a little salt and black pepper before serving. There were no left overs to save. - 6/20/12

    Very Good
Made this with tofu shirataki noodles to bring the carbs and calories down. Also used frozen peas (just my taste preference over canned) and added one teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Delicious! - 8/9/11
