Introduction

I didnt have any Tahini so I threw in some Peanut Butter instead............lol
It has a sweeter and nuttier flavor.

Ingredients

    Peas, canned, 1 can juice and all(303 x 406)
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, .half a lemon yield
    Garlic, 2 clove chopped finely
    Cayene/Red Pepper tiny sprinkle (its hot)

Directions

1.Put tin of Chick Peas into blender, juice & all
2. Add oil, peanut butter, lemon juice.
3. Add garlic and a tiny sprinkle of Cayene
3. Blend well

Put into 6 small plastic containers and refrigerate
If you want it thicker use less juice from can of Chick Peas

Serves 6. 74.3 calories

    Interesting flavor change, subtle and delicious. Peanut butter is used more in our house than tahini ever would be. I add a bit of graham marsala to mine. - 11/12/20
