Ingredients

    25 oz. Beef, round Steak
    2.5 cups Bell Peppers Sliced
    1 Lg Onion, Sliced
    2.5 TSP Fajita spice mix

Directions

Mix beef and Fajita mix together. Chill for about 1 hour.
Cook beef on med heat, till done.
Then add onion and peppers.
Cook till tender.
Makes 8 3.5oz. servings
