Introduction
Yummy baking powder biscuits like Mom used to make, but healthier. I`ve substituted water for milk to keep calories lower, you could also use light margarine, but I didn`t have any on hand. Ingredients

3 c. flour
1tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c. margarine
1 cup water (add more if needed)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400ยบ.
Mix all dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until it forms pea sized lumps.
Add water all at once and stir briskly to mix. Drop in dollops onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 min. or until golden brown. Makes 16 2" biscuits.
