This is a vegan version of a Chocolate Mayonnaise cake that uses Splenda instead of sugar to cut back on the carbs a bit. It cuts them in about half from the recipe from this site I based it on. Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Vegenaise, or your choice of vegan mayo
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. Cream together wet ingredients.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir.
5. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
8. Cover unused portion to retain moisture.
