Like the Mexican Chili, but with pork loin and low sodium taco seasoning Like the Mexican Chili, but with pork loin and low sodium taco seasoning
Number of Servings: 6


    Pre-cooked Pork Loin 8oz
    Black Beans 1 can
    Pinto Beans 1 can
    Diced tomatoes 1 can (Large)
    Jalapeno Peppers (2 oz?)
    Taco Seasoning mix


Place the ingredients into a crock on low and cook overnight.
Eat with whatever you eat chili with.

Prep time does not include cooking the pork loin, I used leftovers.

  • This was so easy. I put whole jalepeno's from our garden instead of slicing-gave the chili heat, but those who didn't want jalepenos were happy too. This was a great recipie with few ingredients - and finally something filling. - 1/27/10
