Husband and I liked this recipe - kids did not. Rate it 4 out of 5 stars due to big people like it and kids that do not like the skins in there don't - even though many nutrients are in the skins. Others may rate it higher or lower depending on your taste(s)...

A lot of effort for not so stellar results. I used gold instead of red potatoes, so maybe that's the difference. I'll stick to my mom's recipe. - 6/2/09

It needed more broth to make the potatoes lighter. Flavor was very good, but they were very thick and heavy. - 1/25/15

WOW WOW WOW, best mashed potatoes I've ever made and NO BUTTER!!! I boiled mine in fat free chicken stock instead of water to give more flavor. Didn't have sour creme so used 1% milk...about 4 tblsp. WILL make this regularly! - 1/20/10
