    3 8-inch tortillas
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 cup salsa
    1 can refried beans (green chile & lime)
    2 oz. (abt. 1 cup) cheddar cheese
    to taste: salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, crushed red pepper, chili powder


Brown ground beef with herbs and spices. Drain.
Put 1 tortilla in bottom of a pie plate. Spread half of refried beans (heat in microwave to make easier to spread) on top of tortilla, then 1/2 of ground beef, then salsa, another tortilla, beans, beef, salsa, 1/2 of cheese, 3rd tortilla, rest of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. About 10 - 15 minutes.

Top with lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. (Nutritional info for toppings NOT included in recipe).
