Ingredients

    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom, 98%ff
    1 can cream of chicken, 98%ff
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp oragano
    6 oz chicken breast, chopped, cooked
    1 small onion

Directions

saute onion in chicken broth then add remaining ingrediants. Simmer 30 minutes.

Serve 1 cup over 1/2 cup brown rice and a sprinkle of cheddar.
