Delicious mix between spaghetti and lasagna! Delicious mix between spaghetti and lasagna!
Number of Servings: 8


    Extra Lean Turkey (1 pound)
    Italian Bread Crumbs (1 cup)
    Egg Beaters (1/2 a cup)
    Alfredo Sauce (1 cup)
    Spaghetti Sauce (2 cups)
    White Onion (2 cups chopped)
    Whole Wheat Pasta (2 cups)
    Shredded Cheese (8 oz)


Place turkey meat, bread crumbs, and egg beaters in a bowl. Mix and then rolls out meatballs. Place on a baking sheet in the oven on 350 degrees for 25 mins.

While the meatballs are cooking boil the pasta.

Mix in a bowl the Alfredo, Spaghetti, and onions.

One everything is cooked/mixed then layer the ingredients in a casserole as follows:
Bottom: Pasta
Middle: Meatballs and Sauce
Top: Shredded Cheese

Cook in the oven with foil on the top for 25 mins.
