Ingredients

12oz Boneles pork in cubes
1tbs Black Pepper
1tbs Dried Rosemary Leaves
1tbs Ground Coriander
1tbs Cumin
1tbs Dried Oregano Leaves
1tbs Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2tbs paprika
1 small onion
1/2cup chopped green pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/2cup Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Combine herbs and spices with salt, sugar, onion, garlic and green pepper in your blender or food processor. Process until liquified. Marinate one hour to overnight.
Place meat in one layer in a medium nonstick skillet with marinade. Cook covered over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add barbecue sauce and stir to enccorperate into meat juices. Let simmer uncovered on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until most of the water evaporates.
