Introduction

김치 참치찌개 - can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Serve with hot rice. There are many ways to make this, but this is about the fastest, and my Korean husband says it tastes just as good as his mum's! 김치 참치찌개 - can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Ingredients

2 cups kimchi (the older the better)
    1 tin hot pepper tuna
    4 tsp chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp sesame oil
    3 Tbsp ground red pepper

Directions

1. Cut kimchi smaller if needed and drain tuna.
2. Put everything in a pot, add 1.5 cups of water, bring to the boil, then simmer for at least 20 minutes.

This recipe can be reheated multiple times and actually tastes better the longer it has been cooked for.
