Introduction

This is the low calorie version of the original (family) recipe. I used Non-Fat Miracle Whip which I find rather sweet for my taste. Low Fat Mayonnaise could be substituted for the Miracle Whip, but add 17 calories, 4 grams of fat and subtract 2.5 grams of carbs per tablespoon. The dip part of this recipe (not listed) adds dill weed.

Note: pickle juice doesn't exactly show up on the nutrition values :) so I added vinegar to the calculations, but the sodium will show short.

Ingredients

    4 cups fat free Miracle Whip
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 tbs dill pickle juice
    2 tbs water
    2 tbs. Garlic powder
    .5 tbs. Salt
    1 tbs. Sugar
    .5 tbs. Black pepper

Directions

Mix it all together and let sit in the fridge at least an hour. This can be used as a salad dressing or a vegetable dip for a super low calorie but filling snack.

The serving size is 1 tablespoon/serving (64 tbsp/recipe).
