This is healthier version of general tso' chicken! This is healthier version of general tso' chicken!
Number of Servings: 3


    1 lb of chicken breasts, cut into cubes
    1 Egg, fresh
    0.25 cup of White Flour

    Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia)
    Garlic, 3 clove
    2 Green Onions

    0.25 cup of Chicken Broth
    2 tbsp of Splenda
    2 tbsp of White Vinegar
    1 tbsp of Hoisin Sauce
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 tsp Cornstarch
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce


Mix Sauce ingredients together until sugar has dissolved.
Mix chicken and an egg. Bread in flour, saute in pan until cooked.
Spray a pan with cooking spray, add onions, ginger and garlic, saute for 1 min, add sauce and chicken.
Serve over rice if desired (rice is not added to nutrition info)
