Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast Filets, cubed
    1 Apple, Chopped
    1/4 Cup Peans, Chopped
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    2 Cups Brown Rice

Directions

Combine chicken, apple, pecans, nutmeg, and salt in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat till chicken is cook through and apples are tender.


Serve over brown rice.
