Introduction
Modified from a recipe from "Kentucky Monthly."I prefer Makers Mark, Russel's Reserve, or Buffalo Trace bourbon in this recipe.
Very good, and very rich! Good served with a little bit of cool whip on top. Modified from a recipe from "Kentucky Monthly."

Ingredients
-
1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1 box Jello Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding Mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil (or other vegetable oil)
1/2 cup water
1 cup bourbon, divided
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter (or margarine)
1/2 cup sugar
Directions
1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, and 1/2 cup bourbon. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
2. Bake in a greased bundt pan at 325 for 50-55 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
3. Once cake has cooled for a few minutes, turn out onto a plate with a rim.
4. Melt butter (or margarine) in a sauce pan. Add sugar, stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup bourbon, stir well.
5. Pour butter/sugar/bourbon glaze over cake while still warm. The cake won't absorb all the glaze at once, so you can use a turkey baster to gather the extra glaze, and continue distributing it over the cake until all the glaze is absorbed.
Makes 24 servings.
