One of the best fillers that goes with any lunch or dinner. One of the best fillers that goes with any lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 12


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Celery, raw, 12 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 8 cup slices (remove)
    Lipton Cup of Soup Hearty Chicken Noodle, 2 envelope (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 10 cup (remove)


Using frozen chicken breast and place in a very large pot (12 quarts I believe) and fill with water. Add your onion, green peppers, and celery. Bring to a boil and let the chicken cook until done. Remove just the chicken let cool and dice. Place the diced chicken back in the pot and add 2 bags of frozen carrots, and green beans and add the 2 envelopes of Liptons soup. Boil for about 30 more minutes and serve. I also add some Mrs Dash seasoning and lemon pepper and salt to my liking.
