    1/2 Frozen banana (without peel)
    1/2 c Frozen Strawberries
    1 Tbls Honey
    Approx. 12 almonds blended to a powder
    approx 1/2 c water


Use a single serving blender- or regular size blender.
1- blend almonds till powdered
2- Add banana, strawberries, water and honey
3- blend till even consistency.
Drink and enjoy
A measure of a fiber additive can be added for an extra benefit!
