Introduction

very easy to make bread very easy to make bread
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3. cups of buckwheat flour
    2. T of sugar
    1 T. of baking powder
    1t. of salt
    1 can 12oz beer...i used miller lite (96cal)
    1.5oz of chopped pumpkin seeds
    2.5oz of chopped raisins

Directions

combine all dry ingredients
add beer and mix together
grease 9x5 bread pan and preheat oven to 350...
put batter in pan and press down evenly.
bake for 1 hour...let stand for 5 min...
enjoy
